Back to the good life

Suzanne, Liya-Jean and I are back in Slough after what was probably our best family holiday ever! We had the privilege of going to Mallorca, Spain, for 7 days of all-inclusive luxury. Sun, food, cocktails and lots of chilling out... Totally recommended! It's great to be back in the promised land, though. We have a lot going on at the moment. We've got a big God's Not Dead initiative coming up in early October, which coincides with our London church's 20 year anniversary. Together with a few others, I'll be facilitating a mission team which will help at all the God's Not Dead events. I'm sure it's going to be quite a week! Slowing down...

It is Friday ;) my favourite day. Family day. Worship for as long as we want and bonding with each other!! I love my husband and our daughter. There is so much in them, enough to mesmerise me till the end of my days.     It is in silence and reflection that we can truly hear the voice that leads us. Making space to adore and bond with our Father is so refreshing. People are awesome, reaching our goals are fulfilling, but we can be empty and have so little to give if we spend all of our time focussing on  these things. I am trying my utmost best to create space. Empty, nothing to do, spaces, that can be filled with times of bonding with my Saviour Jesus and Father God. Or just nothing. I always feel that an open space must be crammed with an activity. Life is short and time is little. But no more.     It has been 7 days since I embarked on this journey. Good luck to me and to those who decide to do the same. I bless your time, wisely spent, and with our God

48 hours

We have just returned from the beautiful english country side where we worshiped and worshiped and worshiped our God. Our lives are busy, but God is always there. Longing for us, He is our Father and we belong to Him. As we feel about our children, He feels about us and more! Go to Him, He is waiting x
